Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this experience is an invitation to slow down and embrace the forest through your senses. No rush. No destination. Just time to walk, breathe and be fully present.
Among quiet woodland trails and untouched landscapes, every step becomes lighter and every breath a little deeper. More than a walk, this is a ritual of reconnection with nature, where textures, sounds, scents and silence gently reveal what so often goes unnoticed.

A certified Forest Therapy Practitioner, Tiago leads this experience with the quiet confidence of someone who first learned to listen to nature before guiding others through it. He invites each guest to discover Serra da Esperança at a slower, more mindful pace, allowing the forest to reveal its rhythms, its silence and all those subtle details that so often pass unnoticed.
